Why do I need to have a UK phone number?

While we do find it best that all conversations are kept to emails so that both parties have a record of all correspondence, occasionally we may need to give you a call or, if there is an issue with your application, we may send an SMS to notify you about it. In these circumstances, we are unable to contact an international number. Therefore, we require that all online applications have a UK phone number as well as an email address.

If you do not have a UK phone number but still wish to apply with us, you can apply with a paper application form.

If there is an issue with your application after you have applied via paper form and have not provided a UK phone number or an email address, a letter will be sent to you via post with the relevant information.

You can acquire printed application forms from numerous supermarkets, convenience stores, off licences, post offices and newsagents. You can also download an application form in PDF format.
