My application is on 'On Hold', what do I do now?

When an application is marked as 'On Hold', processing is temporarily paused to address any issues with the application.

If your application has been placed 'On Hold', our team will get in contact with you via the registered email (email address used to register the account) and text message with guidance on how to resolve the issue. Please ensure you check your junk/spam folder if you are unable to find this email.

If you have applied via paper form, and have not provided an email address, you will be sent a text message and posted a letter with the relevant information.
