I haven't received my card, what do I do?

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your application, including queries about delivery information or any other aspect of the process, we encourage you to reach out to us via out Contact Us page. If there were any issues with delivery we will raise an enquiry with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and report the results back to you.

You can also easily get in touch with us by emailing [email protected]. When contacting us, please provide your full name, date of birth, address details, and reference number if available. Alternatively, you can also reach us by phone at 020 7978 1054.

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

We find it best that all conversations are kept to emails so that we both have a record of any correspondence.
