All cards processed with CitizenCard are dispatched by Royal Mail directly to the applicant's address indicated in their application. If necessary, the applicant can contact our Customer Service team to provide an alternative delivery address anytime up till 12pm on the day the card is due to be dispatched.
Applicants who have opted for standard processing will have their cards dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically arrives within 2-3 working days.
Applicants who have chosen urgent processing will have their cards dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class, aimed for delivery on the next working day. You can upgrade the delivery method for your card (e.g. from Royal Mail 1st Class to Tracked 24 or Special Delivery by 1pm).
