How is my card delivered?

All cards processed with CitizenCard are dispatched by Royal Mail directly to the applicant's address indicated in their application. If necessary the applicant can contact our Customer Service team to provide an alternative delivery address anytime up till 12pm on the day the card is due to be dispatched.

Applicants who have opted for standard processing will have their cards dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically arrives within 2-3 working days. Those who have chosen urgent processing will have their cards dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24, offering next working day delivery.

If there are any issues with delivery, please Contact Us. We will raise an enquiry with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and report the results back to you.
