If you have applied under the standard process but would like to upgrade to urgent processing, you can contact our team anytime during working hours to make a further payment of £17.00 for urgent processing. Once payment is made, the application will be prioritised as appropriate. Note that when upgrading an application, payment needs to be received before 12pm in order for urgent processing to begin on the same day. If payment is made after 12pm, urgent processing will begin from the next working day.
If you wish to upgrade the delivery method for your card (e.g. from 2nd class delivery to Tracked 24), please call us on 020 7978 1054 to make arrangements. Additional payment will be required.
