If you have applied under the standard process but would like to upgrade to urgent processing, you can contact our team to make an additional payment of £17.00 for urgent processing (£15.00 for replacement applications). Once payment is received, your application will be prioritised accordingly.
To ensure same-day urgent processing, payment must be received before 12pm. If payment is made after 12pm, urgent processing will begin the next working day.

Delivery Information
- Standard processing: Cards are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically arrives within 2-3 working days.
- Urgent processing: Cards are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, aimed for delivery on the next working day. Express delivery options are also available.
