CitizenCard's Terms & Conditions set out the contractual obligations between CitizenCard and all its customers, which means everyone who applies for a CitizenCard photo ID.

You must consent to these Terms & Conditions when you apply for a card using a paper or printed application form or when you register and apply for a CitizenCard online. Your referee must also consent to the terms and conditions set out on the paper or printed application form or, for new online applications, when they complete a Digital Referee Declaration Form.
