I haven't received my card, what do I do?

If you wish to query your application please Contact Us and select "Application" department or email [email protected] including your full name, date of birth and address details (and reference number if available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

We find it best that all conversations are kept to emails so that we both have a record of any correspondence. If you need to call us, our telephone number is 020 7978 1054.
