If you are a cardholder, we maintain your personal details on file so that we can confirm you are a CitizenCard holder (e.g. using the PoA Card Verify app available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store or at verify.citizencard.com), allow you to access SimpleSavings offers and deals or if you need to renew or replace your CitizenCard ID.
We may, from time to time, contact you regarding SimpleSavings deals, CitizenCard offers including the chance to win prizes, taking part in CitizenCard VOICE - our market research programme, or the opportunity to earn money by enrolling in our Ambassador programmes.
We offer those who provide personal contact information a means to choose how we use the information provided (for instance to enable us to communicate via email, letter and/or SMS). We recognise you may not wish to receive any information from us. You may manage your receipt of communications by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link located on the bottom of our emails.
Users of our services registered at online.citizencard.com can manage their communication preferences using their online account. To change your preferences online:

Log in to your online account.

Navigate to 'Your Account' and select 'Communication Preferences' from the drop-down menu.

Tick / untick desired boxes to adjust preferences, e.g. if you wish to receive updates regarding SimpleSavings deals you need to subscribe to our email communications 'including SimpleSavings discount offers'.

Click 'Save' to apply changes.
To opt out of marketing communications, you can also email [email protected] providing your full name, your ID card number and your date of birth. We will then remove you from our mailing list and will email you to confirm this has been done.
