I haven't received my card, what do I do?

If you wish to query an application please "Submit a Query" here and select "Application" or email application@citizencard.com including your full name, date of birth and address details (and reference number if available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

We find it best that all conversations are kept to emails so that we both have a record of any correspondence.
