How do I opt out of communication from CitizenCard?

If you are a cardholder, we maintain your personal details on file so that we verify your identity or if you need to contact us to Renew or Replace your CitizenCard ID.

We may also, from time to time, contact you regarding CitizenCard offers and special deals including the chance to win prizes, taking part in CitizenCard VOICE - our market research programme, or the opportunity to earn money by enrolling in our Ambassador programmes.

We never pass on your details to any third party. However, we recognise you may not wish to receive any information from us in which case please email optout@citizencard.com

Please ensure that you provide your full name, your ID card number and your date of birth. We will then remove you from our mailing list and will email you to confirm we have done this.
